I love watercolor but, if I’m being honest, it scares the crap out of me when I think about working with it. I have a new set of watercolors and fresh pad of watercolor paper sitting on my desk, staring at me (smugly). It’s been there for months. I sh*t you not. I’m great with pencil, ink and pastels. But paint kicks my ass every damn time (and makes me curse, apparently).

Katie Rodgers, on the other hand, has completely mastered the medium and you should visit her blog and shop and LOVE it. I should just make a list of all the things I want to do that scare me… then do them. Not, like, a bucket list, though… those creep me out. Maybe I should take one of  Katie’s classes over at Skillshare?
