When things feel heavy (and my daughter is fast asleep) I retreat into what I call my aimeecave. In the cave I detach a bit and pour myself into a project or three. Projects with no expectations; took some watercolor and procreate classes on Skillshare, then watched some Netflix. Also went and got a check-up and scheduled my mammogram.
